    Angie

    DIRECTOR

Hello, my name is Angie, the Centre Director at Bluewater Village Early Learning. I have been in early childhood education and care since 2003 and hold a Bachelor of Education in early childhood teaching.

I am one of our original Bluewater team members, beginning at the centre before we opened as Assistant Director from October 2018, until March 2024, when I took on the Director role.

One of my passions in this role is creating a positive work culture, and supporting our teams wellbeing. Valuing and guiding educators positively impacts their teaching and relationships with children and families.

I am pleased to have had the opportunity to work with numerous families over the years, witnessing some children complete their time with us while welcoming their siblings. Whether you are a new or long-standing family, I look forward to welcoming you to our Bluewater Village.

    Dee

    ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Hello all, I am Dee, the Assistant Director of Bluewater Early Learning Centre. I am fortunate enough to have been a member of the Bluewater Village family since we opened in 2018. As the early years are a fundamental time in a child's development, I believe in the importance of children being active participants throughout their educational journey within a supportive, caring and play-based environment.

In such a fast-moving world providing a space for children to be children is such a fundamental belief of mine, with the Bluewater learning environment creating a space to do so in both our inviting indoor spaces along with natural outdoor environments. Developing meaningful relationships with families is also very important to us and I look forward to welcoming you to our Bluewater Village family soon.

    Sophie

    RANGER

Sophie has been part of Bluewater Village Early Learning since the very beginning in 2019. As our Centre Ranger, she lovingly cares for our resident animals — from lizards, birds, and snakes to goats and chickens. Her passion for animals shines through in everything she does, and she loves sharing that joy with the children, helping them learn about nature, responsibility, and kindness.
