Dee
DIRECTOR
Hi, I'm Dee!
I've been lucky enough to call Bluewater Village home since we first opened our doors over seven years ago. During that time, I've had the privilege of working across a variety of roles before stepping into the positions of Assistant Director and now Centre Director.
I believe children learn best when they're having fun, getting messy, asking a million questions and being active participants in their own learning journey.
My goal is to create a place where children feel safe, valued and excited to come each day. I want every family to feel welcomed, supported and part of our Bluewater community, while our incredible educators feel empowered to deliver the highest quality education and care.
Creating a child-safe environment is at the heart of everything we do. Every decision we make is guided by providing a space where children can learn, grow and thrive with confidence.
One of the things I love most about Bluewater Village is that we're a family-owned service. Relationships come first, people genuinely care for one another, and every child, family and educator is a valued part of our community.
I'm incredibly proud to lead this wonderful team and look forward to continuing to build a centre filled with laughter, learning, muddy shoes, big ideas and unforgettable moments.

Kira
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Hi, I'm Kira!
I'm the Assistant Director at Bluewater Village Early Learning and have worked with children for over 10 years, including more than five years in the Early Childhood sector. I feel incredibly grateful to support children and their families throughout their early learning journey.
I'm passionate about building strong relationships with children and families, creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels confident to explore, learn and thrive. Watching children grow through play-based learning and seeing their smiles each day is the most rewarding part of my role.
What I love most about Bluewater Village is our genuine sense of community. As a family-owned centre, relationships come first, and our beautiful natural environment and animal friends inspire children to explore, discover and create lasting memories.
I look forward to welcoming both our current and future Bluewater families.

Jess
RANGER
Hi, I'm Jess!
I'm currently covering Ranger Sophie's maternity leave and have the wonderful job of caring for Bluewater Village's many animal friends—from lizards and frogs to goats, chickens, birds and more! You'll often see me around the centre feeding, caring for or introducing our animals to children and families.
I've always had a passion for animals and love sharing that with our children. Through hands-on experiences, I help foster curiosity, kindness and respect for nature while encouraging children to build confidence, responsibility and a love of the natural world.
